Leadership in action.

Each person in a leadership role must drive the actions they are to administer to the situation at hand. To do this they will the 123’s in application of selecting the best solution to a troubled situation, or just something simple.

When using this method the mentors are able to direct, lead and access each alumni assigned to their roster. Painting a clear picture of the next few steps while providing additional support if needed, such as elevating the status so more eyes are on the situation.

Mentor

The first-line of alumni maintenance, each mentor will assigned no more than eight persons at one time. The mentors keep regular contact by initiating calls to check the needs of those active in C.A.P., this is called a C.C.N. check Information from Case Management (CM) is given to the mentor, issues that can not be resolved at the level of Mentorship will then be assigned to a case manager.

Case Manager

Through an objective approach in handling the CAP members needs gathered data from each mentor the case manager elevates many problems and provides data to the mentors to be passed back to the member. Case concerns that can not be completed at this level are forwarded to administration, weekly. Lateral and complete access to “C.A.R.E.” data will be granted to the case manager.

Legal

V.T.C. Judge and District Attorney will be the voice to the public about us and those who support us. The D.A. will be the final authority of C.A.P.. A key role of those is to keep our Program on its path in regards to ethics, at all times and in all matter.. Letters of reference, introduction, certificates of appreciation, e.t.c., any dismissals from C.A.P. will also be issued from the Judge, D.A. or both.
