What is our purpose?To seize, retain and exploit the will of those who serve.
The status of each assigned alumni will be available to all staff via an online dashboard, the Chain of Command will also have access to this information. Rather than keeping the status to a few, all with an intent of helping can collaborate the answer.

How?Data gathered about alumni circumstances throughout the duration of Crossroad participation and at significant life events of alumni will be applied to a number of mathematical formulas using established and well tested methods, a pattern of Success vs. Failure
will illustrate what works and what doesn’t.

Unfavorable or desirable points will also be noted. When similar patterns emerge through the use of math, staff visually compare individuals that failed at something or performed badly in a given situation with a set of circumstances to another person that maybe on that same path of destruction and avoid a crisis all together or have that person directed to another activity.
